Phew.

Its saturday and NaNoWriMo is in full swing and I found myself behind by 2550 words today due to tiredness and a lack of time to write a complete 1667 words the last day or two. But no I’m caught up and having alot of fun. Some of the minor, unnamed characters (or for the nerds out there, NPC’s) are not having such a fun time of it. There have been casualties, but this is a science fiction novel with a lot of mayhem about to take place (I’m not even in the actuall mayhem yet!)

It’s been interesting, and very fun. Revision on the other hand is going to be a pain in the but, oy. I guess I do it to myself though.

Ready Set….NANOWRIMO!

It’s November and it’s time to start cranking out some story line.

Sorry Halo: Reach, played you to death last month now it’s time to get busy!

I don’t have a set playlist for my NaNoWriMo this year, so I set my Itunes Genius to go on ‘Soundtracks’ and let it do it’s deed. First song? Doctor Horrible’s Sing Along Blog: Brand New Day. Fits so well in to my prologue I’m writing now, an incredibly awesome coincidence.

Now? Need to get my daily word count in 🙂 Or do better then 1600 words. If I can get a couple days ahead on the first day that would alleviation a little stress.

I have a stalker person who has trolling my comment sections on my recent posts in an attempt to anger/aggravate me to arouse a response in kind out of me.

Well, this person is an idiot. Has been an idiot for months, whoever they are. I have a few guesses as to who it actually is but I’ll keep those to myself for now. SO after adjusting my setting’s again, I’ll have to approve any new posts, and if you’ve been approved before at that point you should be able to comment freely without having to wait for a response from me. Otherwise, Trolling on my comment section will not be allowed. Or under my bridges.

Trolling a troll isn’t very productive.

Either is highschool antics, remember that kids.

NANO is only about 3 days away now! 😀 Woo!

5 Days and Counting…

Until NaNoWriMo kicks off.

That’s National Novel Writers Month for those who don’t know. (nanowrimo.org) The goal is to write a novel (or novellete) within 30 days. That’s 50 thousand words in 30 days, or 1677 words daily. Which, if you think about it, isn’t that difficult especially for some of you bloggers that I follow here! I’m up to the challenge for the third year in a row, have a grand story idea already stored in my head and waiting to leap from my imagination through my fingers and on to my computer screen. It’s gonna be a fun, new Nano this year being that I know very little people here and this is my best way that I have as a busy body to get to know people from this area. Because playing tourist is only fun for so long! And expensive.

That being said, the challenge is gonna be greater this November since my daughter is living with me during the school year, and I have great games like Halo: Reach and Star Craft 2 to play the temptations are going to be mighty. However I think I’m going to use those games as rewards for getting my daily word count goal accomplished or exceeded or just by being ahead. Sounds easier said then done though, doesn’t it?

No worries. Must write first, game later. 😛

Anybody else here NaNoing this year? Yes? 😛

Still Alive!

Sorry, been busy with my little one and playing Halo: Reach when I have the chance. It’s a great game and more the mildly addicting.

As proof of this new video I made recently…warning, it’s a little explicit but it’s still good. Those of you in sensitive areas might want to put head phones on because a certain word is dropped that might set people off, but please fee free to watch, please? I thought the music fit pretty well. Had the idea rolling in my head for a week or more since I heard the song (have a bit of an idea for one of their other new songs too but I may wait on that one once I figure out how to do it) Anyway, here it is:

This is not helpful however, because November (ahem, NaNoWriMo) is coming up faster then I’d like, which mean I need to buckle down sooner then later and get back in the habit of writing everyday. Oof.

I was perusing through some of my videos the other day on YouTube and rewatched a couple of my favorites that I put together a couple years ago from cinematics taken from Halo and was happy with the fact that I still like them the way they are. However, I wish I had the capability then like I do now to render them in HD goodness. This video was made when I was actually in Djibouti, Africa playing against and with Army guys 🙂 forgive/turn off annotations if you see them. Had the account hacked once and am having trouble getting rid of the troubling things.

You can definately tell these were made awhile ago, quality has dropped a bit much…lol. Once again, ignore/turn off the annotations please…
